If you're an enthusiastic Physiotherapist (RPT) who is eager to make a difference while achieving personal and professional growth, CBI Home Health has an exceptional opportunity for you to meet these goals. As a part of the Home Health Therapy team, Physiotherapists provide services to adult and pediatric populations. Positions are currently available in Haldimand and/or Norfolk County. We offer provisional supervision for new graduates with client caseload and schedules that are flexible based on your availability.

What you need to be successful

You are registered as a member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario You have the ability to travel within community as part of the CBI Home Health team Your focus is to embrace person and family-centered care You are passionate, empathetic, use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions You are known for your excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently You value the role a therapist plays in keeping clients at home when that is of personal importance
