Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care across various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, hospital, home health, and community care. This role involves developing and implementing individualized care plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall patient well-being. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services tailored to diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, and acute care cases.

Duties



Assess patients' physical conditions through detailed evaluations of physiology and anatomy knowledge Develop and implement personalized care plans focusing on physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and orthopedics Manage discharge planning to ensure seamless transition from hospital or clinic to home or community settings Provide patient education on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance strategies Utilize EMR systems to document assessments, treatment progress, and care plans accurately Deliver therapy sessions in various environments including inpatient units, outpatient clinics, home health visits, and community centers Coordinate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient management in acute care and geriatrics settings Conduct therapy for diverse conditions such as musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical recovery, pediatrics, and geriatrics Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and current physiotherapy practices to ensure effective treatment delivery

Qualifications



Valid licensure or certification as a Physiotherapist in the relevant jurisdiction Proven experience in inpatient, outpatient, hospital, or home health settings preferred Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and care planning processes Experience with EMR systems for documentation and patient record management Knowledge of specialized areas such as orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, acute care, and community care is highly desirable Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team Prior experience with trigger point therapy and other physiotherapy techniques is advantageous

Pay: $26.92-$86.72 per hour
