We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs to improve patient mobility and quality of life. Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and mobility limitations
Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and medical history
Assist patients in improving movement, strength, coordination, and pain management through therapeutic exercises and modalities
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercises, and health maintenance
Document patient treatments, progress notes, and clinical reports accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or related field from an accredited institution
Valid licensure or registration as a Physiotherapist in the respective region or country
Prior hospital experience preferred, especially in acute care settings
Experience working with pediatric patients is advantageous
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and rehabilitation techniques
Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Good communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare staff effectively
