Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses by developing personalized treatment plans and providing expert care. Responsibilities

Assess patients' physical conditions through detailed evaluations and medical history reviews Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall function Provide hands-on therapy including manual techniques, exercises, and modalities to facilitate recovery Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercises, and health maintenance strategies Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations

Experience

Prior hospital experience is highly desirable, especially in acute care settings Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus, demonstrating versatility across age groups Strong background in patient care with excellent communication skills Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to physical therapy practice Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Pay: $65,928.48-$174,847.71 per year
