Fullbody Function is a multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic in Cambridge, Ontario. We are a collective of healthcare practitioners, focusing on a broad range of patient populations. We currently offer services in chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage therapy. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled physiotherapist to join our team!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing effective treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and overall well-being. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, providing essential rehabilitative services to diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and patients requiring acute care. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and promote recovery.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and mobility limitations Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to restore function Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and medical terminology to ensure best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited program Valid licensure or certification as required by local health authorities Prior hospital experience is preferred, especially in acute care settings Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and patient care Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively Compassionate approach with a focus on patient-centred care Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Pay: $60.00-$100.00 per hour
