We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs to help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses. Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote recovery.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and health maintenance.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and clinical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
Valid license or certification as a licensed Physiotherapist.
Hospital experience preferred, especially in acute care settings.
Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus.
Strong knowledge of patient care principles and medical terminology.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Ability to perform detailed assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
