Position:

We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and passionate Physiotherapist for a contract position to join our team. The successful candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, from recreational athletes to high-performance sports teams, helping them return to full strength with targeted, individualized treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to identify physical limitations, movement dysfunction, and injury mechanisms. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, and advanced rehabilitation techniques. Collaborate with our team of athletic therapists and other health professionals to provide holistic care tailored to each client. Use modalities and specialized techniques like Graston Technique, functional range conditioning, and Clinical Pilates to optimize recovery and performance. Educate clients on injury prevention, movement patterns, and corrective exercises. Maintain clear, accurate documentation and adhere to clinic policies and best practices.
Qualifications:

Registered Physiotherapist with valid provincial licensure. 2+ years of experience in sports rehabilitation or a related field preferred. Certification in manual therapy techniques (e.g., Graston, Kinesio Taping, Clinical Pilates) is an asset. Strong understanding of movement dysfunction, injury mechanics, and a commitment to evidence-based practice. Ability to connect with clients, fostering a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere in line with Fortius Therapy's vibe.
