Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital settings and a strong background in acute care and pediatrics. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs to improve patients' physical function and quality of life. Your expertise in medical terminology and patient care will be essential in delivering effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals. Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to enhance recovery. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, exercises, and injury prevention strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes in accordance with medical standards. Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and techniques.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. Valid licensure to practice as a Physiotherapist in the relevant state or region. Prior experience in a hospital setting is preferred, particularly in acute care and pediatrics. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to physiotherapy practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care with empathy and professionalism.

Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
