We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients, with a focus on assessing, diagnosing, and treating physical impairments. This is a great opportunity for a physiotherapist who enjoys working in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough physical assessments of patients' conditions and medical histories. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients recover and manage pain. Utilize various techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Provide patient education on injury prevention, proper movement, and self-care techniques. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in line with legal and ethical standards. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients on exercises and lifestyle changes to aid in their rehabilitation.

Qualifications:

Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. Valid Physiotherapy license to practice in Ontario Malpractice and Liability Insurance Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A passion for helping others and improving patient outcomes. Current First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).
We are looking for someone who would like be part of a fairly new clinic and start building a client base slowly. Starting at once or twice a week moving to work more hours slowly. Willing to provide a competitive split pay.
