This is for a downtown location. The physician preferably should have the ability to prescribe Opioid Agonist Therapy.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our healthcare team. This role requires a strong foundation in medical practice, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations. Diagnose a wide range of acute and chronic conditions across different age groups, including pediatrics. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Administer medications and oversee medication management protocols. Perform or supervise procedures related to pain management, acute care, and other specialized treatments. Collect and analyze data to monitor patient progress and improve care quality. Coordinate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication use. Participate in research initiatives or clinical studies to advance medical knowledge when applicable.

Experience

Experience in medical office environments with responsibilities including data collection and medication administration is beneficial. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively about their health conditions.
