About Us

Catalyst Surgical is a new plastic surgery clinic in Toronto serving the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, with a specialty in gender-affirming surgery (top surgery, facial fem/masc, body contouring).

We are looking for a Part-time Physician Assistant or RNFA to assist with our practice. Possibility to become Full-time.

Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations, including medical history and physical examinations. Perform procedures such as phlebotomy, medication administration, and acute care interventions. Assist in surgery Utilize electronic medical record system Educate patients and their families on peri-operative and post-operative instructions Coordinate surgical details/planning Take medical photos

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program or RN program Valid Physician Assistant license in Ontario or CNO license If RN, must have RNFA program ACLS/BLS Must have surgical experience and ability to suture Experience in a hospital setting is preferred; familiarity with acute care is a plus. Proficiency in electronic medical records systems, and overall technology/computer use Strong understanding of medical terminology.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
