Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients with various physical challenges. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and the ability to work effectively in both hospital and acute care settings, particularly with pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and self-care techniques. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and medical terminology.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred. Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus. Strong background in patient care with a focus on rehabilitation techniques. Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team.
