& Requirements

We are seeking a qualified teacher who must possess:

A Manitoba Teacher's Certificate, or eligibility for teacher certification in the Province of Manitoba. A major/minor in physical education, and a strong academic background. Demonstrated ability to instruct physical education/health curriculum at the high school level. Demonstrated ability in the differentiation of instruction and evaluation to meet the needs of all learners.

Preference will be given to candidates who possess:

Previous successful senior years teaching experience. Demonstrated ability and experience with English as an Additional Language learners. Knowledge and understanding of teaching literacy through the curriculum. Knowledge, skills and ability to infuse technology into the curriculum. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as an effective member of a team in delivery a quality program.
