Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and energetic people who can join our team. Key job duties and responsibilities include:

• Photograph and produce RAW camera files of properties (we have editors who do most interior post-editing).
• Learn and use the 360 virtual tour camera and software (IGUIDE/Planitar).
• Capture aerial imagery of properties using micro-drones.
• Edit and manipulate the RAW camera files (primarily exterior and detail shots).

Must have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and reliable Vehicle (primary role will be traveling to/from shoot locations and dealing with clients on site. Additional job responsibilities may include (depending on experience/competence): \xc2\xb7 Shoot and edit real estate videos.

• Social Media Marketing and Promotion.
• In house studio design and set-up.
• Branding shoots.
• Shoot and edit video content creation sessions/video branding sessions.
• Research and analyze creative and innovative business growth opportunities.
• Research and analyze emerging technologies and leading trends in the real estate marketing domain, worldwide.
• Any other duties core to the running of a small, yet busy and successful media and marketing company.Job Requirements:
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro (proficiency in Premiere Pro an asset).
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to operate in a hybrid working environment \xe2\x80\x93 our office is in Hammonds Plains, but you will likely spend most of your day on location shooting or post editing/completing other job responsibilities in your own home.
• Own your own camera gear including: DSLR Camera- Minimum 1080 60 fps or 4K preferred, wide angle lens (minimum of 17mm), and laptop with adobe lightroom, photoshop, and premiere or final cut.
• Willing to travel around HRM and beyond (South Shore, Eastern Passage, the Valley etc.).

Equipment Requirements:

• DSLR Camera- Minimum 1080 60 fps.
• Lens: wide angle lens (minimum of 17mm).
• Computer: laptop with adobe lightroom, photoshop, and premiere or final cut.
• Cell phone.
• Gimbal would be an advantage.
• All IGUIDE equipment/software will be provided.
