Photography & Studio Assistant - Richmond, BC

We are looking for a

part-time Photography and Studio Assistant

to join our creative team! The Photography Assistant will support the lead photographer in various tasks, ensuring smooth operations during shoots and contributing to the overall creative process. This role is ideal for someone passionate about photography, who enjoys working with children, and is eager to learn and grow in a studio environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist photographers during photoshoots Help with general studio tasks including equipment setup and takedown Capture behind-the-scenes video content Support with social media and blog content creation

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Background or coursework in photography Experience working with children Familiarity with social media and blogging Punctual, detail-oriented, and a fast learner Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask Positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with kids

Flexible hours

(part-time), mostly weekends and as required by the photoshoot schedules. Training is provided Opportunity for increased hours and long-term employment for the right candidate
