Position Overview

We're looking for a creative and reliable Videographer/Photographer to join our team. This person will be responsible for capturing high-quality visuals that align with client brand guidelines and project objectives. From concept to delivery, you'll oversee the production process and ensure final assets meet our standards for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Shoot engaging social media videos

(Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) for brands and influencers Capture

behind-the-scenes content

at events, shoots, and collaborations Work with

content leads and editors

to ensure video consistency and alignment with the brand's aesthetic

Direct and frame shots

creatively to match trending social media styles Set up and optimize

lighting, angles, and equipment

for high-quality video output Adapt quickly to

different filming environments

, including in-store shoots, lifestyle content, and product-focused videos Stay updated on the

latest video trends, transitions, and viral formats

Requirements:

1+ year of experience

in videography, preferably for social media Strong knowledge of

smartphone and camera filming techniques

(iPhone, Sony, Canon, etc.) Proficiency in using

tripods, stabilizers, and lighting equipment

Basic knowledge of

video editing tools

(CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or InShot) Ability to

shoot vertically and frame compositions

that suit short-form content A creative eye for

storytelling, pacing, and engagement

Good communication skills and the ability to

work efficiently with the content team

Flexible and

quick to adapt

to last-minute content needs

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience working with

beauty, fashion, food, or lifestyle brands

Understanding of

social media algorithms

and what performs well on different platforms Ability to

edit quick drafts

or add engaging motion graphics

Qualifications

Proven experience in videography and photography (portfolio required). Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Familiarity with social media trends and content requirements. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Open to freelance arrangements with flexible availability for projects.
