POSITION SUMMARY

As the Photo Retoucher, you are responsible for assisting the E-commerce and Creative departments with photo processing, retouching, and other related creative projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit on model and off model garment photography
• Collaborate with the Creative team and E-Commerce team to deliver consistent, high quality and on brand product imagery;
• Assist in the production of graphics and images for the website, including editing all photos for online/promotional usage;
• Ensure the required graphical requirements are in place for seasonal collection launches by following the E-Commerce publishing calendar featuring brand content and product initiatives;
• Research and present new creative concepts and ideas for photography;
• Perform other projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of work experience in photography and retouching or a similar capacity.
• Experience and good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom and Capture One.
• Experience working in the fashion industry is an asset.
• Experience in video editing is an asset.
• Experience and good understanding of photo-editing, photo processing, organization and optimizing imagery for web and social platforms.
• Results-oriented and process driven.
• Proven ability to work with a cross-functional team and collaborate. Ability to work collaboratively with the Creative team and always working together in striving to improve the assets, creative flow and organization of assets.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Ability to meet required deadlines.
• Ability to process images in an organized and efficient manner and always optimizing for better organization within the team.
• Familiar with E-Commerce platforms and necessary formatting for e-commerce imagery optimization.
• Avid learner with the ability to be entrepreneurial and take initiative.
• Effective communication skills; written, verbal in addition to listening skills.
• Exceptional project planning and managing skills.
• Decision making skills along with analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude and great enthusiasm.
