Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and book appointments for sales team.
Update CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to develop business opportunities through effective communication.
Experience with warm calling techniques to foster relationships with potential clients.
