Responsibilities

Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes for patients. Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient profiles in compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor patient medication therapies for safety and effectiveness, making recommendations as necessary. Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the pharmacy. Stay current with pharmaceutical developments, regulations, and best practices.

Skills

Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and pharmaceutical care principles. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
