Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring optimal patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration, along with a commitment to providing excellent patient service and excellent proficiency with the Kroll program.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards of practice.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking medications as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the pharmacy area.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of the Kroll program
• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is mandatory.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation and dispensing.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
