Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at CityMed Medical Clinic in White Rock, BC. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medications to our patients while contributing to the overall health and well-being of the community.

Responsibilities

Prepare and dispense medications accurately as per prescriptions. Provide patient education on medication usage and potential side effects. Maintain accurate records of medication inventory and patient profiles. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Assist in managing pharmacy operations within the clinic. Stay updated on pharmaceutical regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Certification as a Pharmacy Technician or equivalent experience required. Strong understanding of medical terminology and medication administration. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team. Prior experience in a pharmacy or clinical setting is an asset.
