Job Description
Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital is actively seeking applicants for a Pharmacy Technician position. The Pharmacy Technician will assist the Pharmacist by performing tasks of a technical nature. The Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for the technical aspects of dispensing medications at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital.Qualifications Required:
- Graduate of Pharmacy Technician Program in Ontario or equivalent education program, recognized by the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
- Registered as a Pharmacy Technician and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
- Previous hospital experience preferred.
- Available for all shifts as required
- Valid Ontario driver\'s license
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis and be available to work all shifts.
- Demonstrated commitment to Privacy and Confidentiality
- Is knowledgeable of the roles of other team members and recognizes their contributions
- Excellent work ethic and positive attitude that demonstrates TDMH\'s values
- Must be available to work all shifts as required.
- Salary As per the Collective Agreement ($32.27 per hour to $32.74 per hour)
