What you'll do

Patient greeting and confirmation of accuracy of all pertinent prescription information prior to filling Data entry of patient care information into database (Priorx) Third Party adjudication where required and necessary Accurate dispensing prescription medications Maintenance of pharmacy stock through inventory control system General OTC inquiries from patients and referral to Pharmacist where required and necessary Handling customer prescription pick up Assisting with cashier responsibilities as required in the Pharmacy

What you'll need

Bilingual in both French and English required Work experience as a pharmacy assistant for minimum 1 year Excellent organizational skills with ability to set priorities and creatively solve problems Ability to function in a fast-paced, continually changing and results-oriented environment Strong communication skills Demonstrated customer service experience Strong motivation to succeed Proficient computer/data/entry skills Certificates and other accreditations: ATP (Desired)

Postulez des aujourd'hui pour devenir gerant (TECHNICIEN EN CHEF) (de preference CERTIFIE ATP) d'une pharmacie communautaire locale sur Cote-des-Neiges. Au moins un an d'experience en tant que technicien en pharmacie est requis.

Vos fonctions :

Accueil des patients et confirmation de l'exactitude des informations pertinentes sur les ordonnances avant leur execution.

Saisie des donnees relatives aux soins des patients dans la base de donnees Priorx.

Arbitrage par un tiers, si necessaire.

Distribution precise des medicaments sur ordonnance.

Gestion des stocks de la pharmacie grace au systeme de controle des stocks.

Reponse aux demandes generales des patients concernant les medicaments en vente libre et orientation vers le pharmacien, si necessaire.

Gestion du retrait des ordonnances des clients.

Aide a la caisse, selon les besoins de la pharmacie.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin :

Bilingue (francais et anglais) requis.

Experience professionnelle en tant qu'assistant en pharmacie d'au moins un an.

Excellentes competences organisationnelles, capacite a etablir des priorites et a resoudre les problemes de maniere creative.

Capacite a travailler dans un environnement dynamique, en constante evolution et axe sur les resultats.

Excellentes competences en communication.

Experience averee en service a la clientele.

Forte motivation a reussir.

Maitrise de l'informatique, de la saisie de donnees et des outils informatiques.

Certificats et autres accreditations : ATP (souhaitable).
