full scope of practice
as outlined by the Alberta College of Pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities
Perform non-sterile compounding, including
hazardous compounding
. (Experience preferred, but not required)
Carry out duties within the
full scope of practice for Pharmacy Technicians
as per ACP standards.
Support the pharmacist in daily operations and other assigned tasks.
Occasionally deliver medications to patients (mileage will be reimbursed).
Ensure compliance with professional standards, legislation, and policies.
Qualifications
Active registration with the
Alberta College of Pharmacy
as a Pharmacy Technician or Provisional Technician.
Recent graduates or students awaiting
PEBC results
are welcome to apply.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Valid driver's license (for occasional deliveries).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
