Job Description
Home Health Care Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join the dispensary team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, comfortable working with new technologies, dedicated to accurate and safe medication preparation, and a team player. Home Health Care Pharmacy is a forward thinking community pharmacy, and part of the Super Thrifty family of pharmacies. Duties & Responsibilities:
General tasks associated with a pharmacy technician Preparing compliance packaging Prescription order entry Responding to phone inquiries as directed Inventory management: placing & receiving orders and stock replenishment
Applicable Skills:
Problem solving Attention to detail Commitment to safety and accuracy Inventory management Computer skills Excelling at both independent decision making and leading a team
Required Qualifications:
Listing with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba as a Pharmacy Technician, OR Listed or licensed as a Pharmacy Technician is another Canadian jurisdiction, OR A graduate of a Pharmacy Technician program, with willingness to become listed in Manitoba.
