Whether you are just starting your career, re-entering the workforce, or looking for a new job, this is where you belong.What you\'ll do:Generate automation reports via Kroll pharmacy management softwarePackage medications into unit dose pouches using the automation machinePerform machine maintenance and troubleshootingManage automation workflow to meet workflow targets and schedulesInventoryMaintain inventory at pharmacy to pre-specified minimum stock levels.Place orders for and maintain stock levels of pharmacy supplies or specialty items when neededPerform inventory pre-count preparation and assist inventory count vendors on inventory count daysAction drug recalls and help obtain alternatives when products are unavailableShippingFollow a step by step workflow process to prepare packages for shipmentWorking with a team, you will use an automated process to package orders for nursing homes and have them ready for deliveryInvestigate and trouble shoot orders to have them shipped on timePrescription FillingFollow a step by step workflow process to prepare medication orders for patientsLabel medication and over the counter products, prepare medication blister packs, and mixturesUse Kroll software in preparing and labelling prescriptionsCommitment to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belongingWhat you bring:Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learnExcellent oral and written communication and teamwork skillsAttention to detailAbility to manoeuvre quickly and consistently for an extended period of timeTo be adaptable \xe2\x80\x93 You may work in different departments to support workflowAbility to problem solve and make decisionsKroll software experiencePharmacy experience with Long Term CarePost secondary educationOur commitment to Sustainability and Social Impact is an essential part of the way we do business, and we focus our attention on areas where we can have the greatest impact.
