We\'re looking for talented colleagues who are passionate about providing an exceptional experience for our patients!

In this exciting role you will be responsible for:

• Patient greeting and confirmation of accuracy of all pertinent prescription information prior to filling
• Data entry of patient care information
• Third Party adjudication (if necessary)
• Accurate dispensing prescription medications
• Fill a variety of prescriptions efficiently to maintain workflow
• Prepare compounds, mixtures
• Package blister pack medications
• Ensure organization of work station and inventory shelves
• Maintain appropriate supplies and materials
• Maintenance of pharmacy stock through inventory control systems
• General OTC enquiries from patients and referral to Pharmacist where required and necessary
• Handling customer prescription pick up and cash

Job Qualifications:

• Currently a student in a Pharmacy Bachelor\'s or PharmD program
• Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is an asset
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Proficient computer/data/entry skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours when needed

• Ability to manoeuvre quickly and consistently for an extended period of time
• Kroll software experience is an asset
• Excellent customer service skills an asset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where high attention to detail and accuracy is essential
• Great time management skills
