What You'll Do
Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescriptions accurately
Provide friendly, professional customer service to patients and caregivers
Support medication management programs (compliance packaging, renewals, transfers)
Process third-party insurance claims and handle cash/point-of-sale tasks
Maintain pharmacy inventory, including ordering and shelf organization
Support day-to-day pharmacy operations in a clean, safe and compliant manner
Participate in clinical services, when allowed, based on level of training

What We're Looking For
Currently enrolled in a Canadian Pharmacy Program (Year 1-4)
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a community pharmacy setting
Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy
Team player who is reliable and professional
