What you'll do:




Process prescriptions using Healthwatch software, including data entry and third-party billing


Prepare and label prescriptions for pharmacist verification.


Assist in maintaining accurate patient medication profiles.


Provide exceptional customer service and assist with OTC product selection.


Support inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and returns.


Maintain a clean and organized Pharmacy.


Manage workflow to meet workflow targets and schedules


Maintain inventory at pharmacy to pre-specified minimum stock levels.


Place orders using MMS and maintain stock levels of pharmacy supplies or specialty items when needed


Follow a step by step workflow process to prepare medication orders for patients


Label medication and over the counter products, prepare medication blister packs


Use Healthwatch software in preparing and labelling prescriptions


Commitment to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn


Excellent oral and written communication and teamwork skills


Attention to detail


Ability to maneuver quickly and consistently for an extended period of time


To be adaptable - You may work in different departments to support workflow


Ability to problem solve and make decisions


Healthwatch software experience


Post secondary education

Qualifications:



Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor of Pharmacy / PharmD program


Strong understanding of pharmacy operations


Excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills


Completion of Injection and Immunization Certification (preferred)


Ability to work independently and as part of a team
