About the Opportunity:



The Pharmacy Programs Coordinator reports to the National Pharmacy Programs Manager and is responsible for supporting pharmacy communications, program information, project management and administrative tasks. This 12 month contract role will be based in Ontario. Key responsibilities for this role are:

Support execution and growth of pharmacy programs, including developing tools and resources for our pharmacies

Resource for our Specialty Pharmacy Program

Maintain and manage pharmacy resources and programs, including the content for internal stakeholders and the public Pharmasave website;

Report on the success of pharmacy programs and materials using web and Portal analytics, measurement reports and databases;

Provide support and guidance to Pharmasave pharmacies with drug queries and paperwork;

Assist with market research for the development of pharmacy programs;

As part of a collaborative team, the ideal candidate is a strong communicator who will thrive in a fast- paced, dynamic environment where details make the difference, and solutions are the expected output.

This is a hybrid role, requiring the successful candidate to work on-site to support collaboration, team engagement, and operational effectiveness. In addition, travel to the National Office will be required for on-boarding, strategic planning, cross-functional alignment, and participation in company-wide initiatives.

What you should have:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail pharmacy

Experience working in a patient support programs is an asset, though not mandatory

Proven ability to build and to maintain strong relationships internally and to collaborate effectively with patients, physicians, and patient support programs

Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear, concise, and professional documents, reports, and correspondence tailored to diverse audiences

Proficient in using various digital platforms and software applications, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems.

Reputation for being a self-motivated, solutions focused team player.Comfort taking the lead in a fast-paced environment with multiple task demands

Strong organizational skills that support amazing time management
