We are looking for a meticulous and motivated

Pharmacy Production Coordinator

to join our team in Scarborough, ON. In this role, you will support our pharmacists and registered technicians by ensuring medications are accurately packaged and pharmacy operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

Organize and store medications according to pharmacy standards. Monitor and manage expiration dates on medication bottles. Clean and maintain production equipment regularly. Verify DIN numbers for all medications with precision. Accurately fill canisters and perform STS tasks. Detect and correct errors before medications reach patients. Inspect packaged medications for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Operate medication packaging machines (PacMed and Synmed). Check Med Pouches for errors, broken tabs, or inconsistencies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail. Background in pharmaceuticals or healthcare is an asset. Ability to distinguish between shapes, colors, and sizes. Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills. Able to work independently and stay focused with minimal supervision. Problem-solving mindset, flexibility, and decisiveness. Excellent communication skills. Computer proficiency. Weekend availability is required.
