Responsibilities:
/span

li
Retrieve and enter long-term care prescriptions into Kroll dispensing software and electronic medication administration records (EMAR).
/li

li
Leverage your pharmacy and customer service expertise to accurately input patient prescriptions into our pharmacy computer systems
/li

li
Accurately process patient and resident prescriptions, and any changes, and refills
/li

li
Create new patient profiles and maintain existing records housed in our internal patient database
/li

Requirements:

Completion of a post-secondary program, focused on Pharmacy or health sciences; or previous experience as a Pharmacy Data Technician or Pharmacy Assistant (Minimum 1 year)

Proficient with MS office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
/li

li
Experience with long term care or retail data entry an asset
/li

li
Excellent organization and time management skills. Accurate and efficient data entry skills with great attention to detail
/li

li
Strong communication and problem solving skills (deductive reasoning)
/li

li
Ability to work in a fast pace environment, completing 80 to 100 prescriptions per day
/li

li
100% onsite work model (North York area)
/li

li
Shift time 9am-5pm (M-F) Rotating weekend shifts (will get weekday off to accommodate). In the beginning the candidate has to do handful of 3pm-11pm shifts to be aware of our afterhours process.

Agilus is recruiting for multiple Pharmacy Order Entry Specialists in the Pharmaceutical Industry in Toronto, Ontario. Responsibilities:

• Retrieve and enter long-term care prescriptions into Kroll dispensing software and electronic medication administration records (EMAR).
