Millennium Pharmacy, a trusted community pharmacy for over a decade, is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Manager to lead our team. Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

: Manage and mentor pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and assistants, ensuring high performance and professional growth.

Patient Care

: Provide expert consultation on prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and supplements, while ensuring accurate dispensing and proper medication management.

Collaboration

: Work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to resolve medication-related issues and optimize patient outcomes.

Regulatory Compliance

: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and pharmacy regulations while maintaining high-quality standards of care and safety.

Operational Oversight

: Manage inventory, ensure medication stock levels, and handle procurement while overseeing the daily workflow of the pharmacy.

Qualifications:

Licensing

: Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Manitoba College of Pharmacists.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years as a pharmacist, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Skills

: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Software Knowledge

: Kroll software experience preferred.

Commitment

: Passion for patient care with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered service.

Job Types: Full-time Pharmacist

Experience: Pharmacist: 2 years (preferred)

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
