Job Summary
To manage the daily tasks of a pharmacy.
Duties
Maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies necessary for production. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the pharmacy Train and mentor team members on proper equipment usage, safety protocols, and best practices.
Skills
Proficient pharmaceutical compounding knowledge with a strong understanding of rules and regulations Ability to operate safely and efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing tasks and inventory. Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members effectively.
