Coastal Care Pharmacy is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced

Pharmacy Manager

for our Guildford location. We are a community-focused, independently owned pharmacy that values teamwork, patient care, and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the pharmacy team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service Provide clinical services including vaccinations, medication reviews, and patient counselling Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations with accuracy, speed, and professionalism Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and store policies

Requirements:

Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC Injection-certified Minimum 2 years of experience working in a community pharmacy (preferred) Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with

Kroll

Strong understanding of

PharmaCare

and third-party billing policies Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
