Job Description

Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Grandview Lovell Drugs in Oshawa, Ontario.

Compensation listed is a starting point only and will be determined based on candidate experience.

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care. Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling. Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care. Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures. Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development. Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld. Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings. Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes. Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control)

Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacist Injection certification is required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment
