Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Manager (Ontario Licensed Pharmacist) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our specialty pharmacy. The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, leading a supportive team, and providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily pharmacy operations. Ensure compliance with all Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) regulations. Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a positive work culture. Oversee inventory management and specialty medication handling. Provide direct patient counselling and support as needed. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes. Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

Current Pharmacist license with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP). Minimum 2-3 years of pharmacy experience; management experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with specialty medications and patient support programs an asset. Ability to work independently and manage staff effectively.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00 PM No evenings, weekends, or statutory holidays In medical building across from Credit Valley Hospital
