Pharmacist
to join anewly opened, modern medical clinic
featuring6 family physicians
and a collaborative, patient-centered care model.This is a

for a motivated pharmacist to become an integral part of a growinginterdisciplinary health care team
, working closely with physicians and clinic staff to improve patient outcomes and community health.Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care and medication management. Collaborate closely with family physicians and other health professionals. Administer injections and vaccinations as required. Support patient education and promote medication adherence.Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment.
Requirements:
Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
Injection certification required.
Strong ability towork collaboratively in a team-based care model.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
