We are hiring for a Full-Time Pharmacy Manager at our location in Hanna, AB.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall operations of the pharmacy Lead a team check prescriptions for proper dosage Compound prescribed pharmaceutical products Dispense prescribed pharmaceutical products Advise on the administration, uses, and effects of medications Knowledge of drug incompatibilities and contra-indications Maintain medication profiles of customers Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products Advise customers on the selection and use of non-prescription medications Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, professional standards, and applicable laws and regulations Provide an exceptional customer experience

What you Bring:

2 years minimum of Pharmacy experience as a pharmacist who is registered with the Alberta College of Pharmacy in good standing Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and self-direction skills Comfortable working during peak pharmacy hours (i.e. mornings, daytime, and weekends) Effective critical thinking and conflict resolution skills Injection certification is an asset
