We are a well-established community pharmacy in Edmonton seeking a
Pharmacy Manager
to join our team. This role is ideal for a licensed pharmacist who enjoys leadership, patient care, and working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.What You'll Do
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow Provide excellent patient care and counseling Support and mentor pharmacy staff Ensure compliance with Alberta College of Pharmacy standards Coordinate scheduling, inventory, and pharmacy processes Collaborate with ownership to support operational goals
What We're Looking For
Licensed pharmacist in good standing with ACP Previous pharmacy management or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working full-time hours in a community pharmacy setting Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
