Job Description
Moffatt's Pharmacy is looking for a patient-centered pharmacy leader to work alongside our amazing team in providing exceptional patient care. The role involves utilizing our newly renovated location to maintain and grow the patient base in this exciting developing neighbourhood. One of the oldest pharmacy locations in Nova Scotia, Moffatt's has a 100 year history of taking care of the community in every way!
Care Pharmacies is dedicated to looking after our staff as we do for our patients by keeping them happy and healthy at work and beyond. With stores across the country, we take experiences and suggestions from within the company to innovate and grow our clinical programs and provide the best patient care. Our company is run and managed by pharmacists who have worked on the front lines and are striving to help each employee grow to their maximum potential.
This position may also include occasional shifts at our Community Pharmacy Primary Care Clinic in Eastern Passage if that is of interest. This is not a requirement but is an option!
Tasks
Lead the pharmacy team to expand the services we offer and provide exceptional patient care Oversee human resource activities including scheduling, training, motivating staff and performance evaluation Monitor inventory of medication and supplies Ensure the dispensary complies with all provincial and federal pharmacy standards Manage overall financial goals to ensure long term success Collaborate with the front store to best serve our customers

Requirements
Pharmacist license in Canada (minimum 1 year) Current drug injection license Experience with Kroll is an asset Previous experience with staff management is also an asset Flexibility in job hours including weekends (no shifts later than 7 p.m.)
