Your Role & Impact

Lead and optimize daily pharmacy operations, including workflow, staffing, and inventory Build strong, collaborative relationships with clinic physicians and healthcare professionals Mentor and develop a high-performing, stable pharmacy team Deliver thoughtful, patient-centered care without rushed dispensing Drive growth through clinical services, medication management, and patient engagement Ensure full compliance with

Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)

standards and regulatory requirements

Who You Are

Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the

Ontario College of Pharmacists

Experienced in community or high-volume retail pharmacy A confident leader who values accountability, quality, and continuous improvement Entrepreneurial and motivated by building something meaningful Highly organized with strong communication and relationship-building skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
