Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and medication management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical pharmacy with proven leadership skills to oversee daily pharmacy functions while providing high quality patient-centered care.

Duties

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and staff supervision Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including HIPAA and other healthcare standards Lead patient assessments and provide clinical pharmacy services such as immunizations, and medical management programs Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to maintain high standards of patient service and operational efficiency Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing waste or shortages Participate in quality assurance initiatives related to medication administration and patient safety

Requirements

Valid pharmacist license with current registration in good standing Extensive experience in pharmacy management is an asset but not required Prior pharmacy experience is a fast paced environment Experience with pharmacy software systems, EMR/EHR platforms, and inventory management tools Proven ability to lead a team effectively within a fast-paced healthcare setting
