Pharmacy Manager

What You'll Do

? Lead and inspire a high-performing pharmacy team
? Ensure patient-centred care that meets ACP standards (and goes beyond expectations!)
? Oversee workflow, inventory management, and safe dispensing practices
? Drive clinical services: vaccinations, medication reviews, chronic disease support
? Support operational success -- KPIs, budgeting, performance & innovation
? Build strong relationships with patients, prescribers, and the community
? Maintain excellence in regulatory compliance and quality assurance

You'll be the heartbeat of the pharmacy -- ensuring safety, service, and a place the community trusts.

What You Bring

? Licensed Pharmacist in Alberta, in

good standing with ACP

? 2+ years of pharmacy experience

(prior leadership a major asset!)

?

APA

is a major asset
? Strong communication skills and passion for mentorship
? Clinical expertise with the desire to expand enhanced services
? Business awareness with a proactive mindset -- you like to make things better

Pay: $65.00-$75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
