Responsibilities

Lead and manage pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and staff supervision. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding pharmacy practices. Oversee medication administration processes to ensure patient safety and efficacy. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and provide recommendations on medication therapies. Monitor patient outcomes and adjust medication regimens as necessary. Provide education to patients and their families regarding medications, potential side effects, and proper usage.
