Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team in Kelowna. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring timely delivery of pharmacy products to our patients and caregivers, contributing directly to our mission of enhancing community health.

Responsibilities

A regular schedule (ie: same days and times every week, 2-3 days per week) Safely operate use of your own vehicle to transport pharmacy products. Ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations. Provide excellent customer service during interactions with patients and caregivers. Communicate effectively with team members regarding delivery schedules. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation. Handle any customer inquiries or concerns professionally. Uphold the company's standards for safety and quality during deliveries.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience in commercial driving or delivery roles. Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to lift heavy packages as required for deliveries. Familiarity with the local area for efficient route planning.
