Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining patient records, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Labeling, preparing prescription orders
- Greeting customers and answering phones
- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently (billing & data input)
- Provide quality customer service by assisting patients with inquiries
Requirements
- FILLWARE billing experience is highly preferred (or ability to learn fast)
- Knowledge of medication administration and patient care
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be comfortable working in fast pace environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
Experience:
Fillware software: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
Italian (preferred)
Work Location: In person
