Job Description

Pharmacy in East York (Toronto) is looking to hire a pharmacy assistant.

Required skills:

-Fluency in English both verbal and written is a must

-Previous community pharmacy experience in Ontario is a must

-Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

-Preference given to applicants with experience working with PropelRx or Pharmaclick Rx

-Preference given to applicants with any higher degree or diploma or certificate

Example of responsibilities to expect:

- Greeting patients and guiding them to the right area

- Filling prescriptions

- Preparing blister packs

- Answering phone calls

- Organizing the pharmacy

- Ordering medications

- Preparing compounds
