Job Description
Looking for a part-time/full-time
experienced pharmacy assistant. We are looking for someone with experience in customer service that has a pharmacy background ( ie, work experience, or pharmacy assistant/technician schooling )Main responsibilities of a Pharmacy Assistant:
- Entering prescriptions (accurately inputting information, billing insurances) on Kroll software.
- Full knowledge of Kroll software ( mandatory ) - Please apply only if you have experience
- Filling prescriptions and completing compliance packs PACMED experience would be an asset.
-Compounding knowledge would be an asset.
- You are required to multitask
-Placing online orders through PharmaClik
- Helping patients with general inquiries on the phone and in-person
- Maintaining stock inventory for medication and supplies
- Working well alongside the pharmacist and other staff members.
Part-time or Full-time will be based on experience. Availability should be flexible, as shifts range from morning to evening and weekends.
