Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support pharmacists in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of the pharmacy. You will be responsible for assisting with medication administration, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate patient records. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and want to contribute to a positive patient experience.

Duties

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently. Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and restocking pharmaceutical supplies. Provide exceptional customer service by answering patient inquiries and addressing concerns. Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient profiles. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards. Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication with patients and staff. Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy environment.

Experience

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant

in an Ontario Pharmacy is

required.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
